Dayleswood Vineyard is situated on the free-draining gentle slopes of southern central NSW. Rich red loam soils and a
north-easterly aspect provide a sound foundation for producing great wines that display unique regional character and flavour.



Exceptional regional conditions combined with a careful balance of modern sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking produces consistent quality wines that are suitable for any occasion.
Current premium varieties include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc and
Chardonnay with new up and coming varieties such as Chambourcin, Petit Verdot, Pinot Gris and Viognier available in future vintages.
